Conveyor belts can be of several types, depending on the customer production needs (type of product to be conveyed) and the area of application (proofing, cooling, baking ..).
The structure in contact with the product guarantees maximum hygiene and is designed for any easy cleaning and routine maintenance.
The materials are of high quality, for no-wear and no-abrasion, resistant to low or high temperatures or high humidity, with excellent product release properties and able to resist to common cleaning detergents during the sanitization process.
According to the available space, special structures are designed to reduce the overall dimensions but without affecting performance.
This includes straight, curved, upward linear conveyors, overhead conveyors, unloading roller conveyors, by-pass systems.
Other movements.
Other systems that complete the range of conveyors are the Tray ascending and descending towers which are used to transfer the trays (with or without internal product) to production areas installed at different heights, the Retractable system conveyors to allow the passage from one production width (and therefore number of products) to another.
