Loader for racks.
Machine suitable to automatic laod trays on racks.
The empty rack is manually loaded by the operator towards an elevator which raises it up to align the lowest empty level with the inlet conveyor.
The incoming conveyor transfers trays to the rack loader at intermittent movement.
The trays are then moved with a special pneumatic pusher towards the rack which, once completed, will be manually extracted by the operator.
The load can be for single tray or multi-tray depending on the configuration of the production line.
Unoader for racks.
Machine suitable to automatic unlaod trays from racks.
Rack with trays is manually loaded by the operator towards an elevator which raises it up to align the corresponding level with the outlet conveyor.
The trays are then moved outside the rack with a special pneumatic pusher.
The exit conveyor transfers trays from the rack unloader at intermittent movement to the following production line.
The unload can be for single tray or multi-tray depending on the configuration of the production line.
