Baking Oven

They are direct flame ovens for baking of products that require high temperatures, often much more than 350 °C. They are used for the production of pizza, focaccia and other similar products.
Main technical details of M4F Tunnel Ovens
• Direct flame baking ovens: series of gas burners positioned inside the baking chamber, over and under the conveyor. The flame of the ribbon burners is placed at 120 mm above the baking conveyor.
• Suitable for Pizzas, Arabic and Pita Bread
• Baking temperature up to 350°C – 370°C
• Short baking time ( 70-120 sec)
• Available with wire mesh conveyor (HTW) or in natural stone (HTS), according to the customer request.
• The number of thermal zones depends on the total length of the baking chamber. Each zone has independent heat regulation in the upper or lower part.
• Due to the fast baking time (usually from 60 sec. to 120 sec), the oven is equipped with a pre-heating zone because the heat is required to flow immediately from the conveyor belt to the product.
