The plants for the production of bakery products of M4F
We have codified our production area into six specific ‘fields’ which correspond to as many processes.
We start with the lines for bakery products and the related handling systems (with tray or stand-alone product). Then we move on to the machinery for Pizza and Bread Forming (from the dough ball to the spread product ready to be baked). Then we are going to show you the Proofing, Cooling and Buffer cells to reach the “hot zone” of the Tunnel ovens. We then tell you how our Racks Loaders and Unloaders are made and finally we bring to your knowledge the long transport systems, that is the conveyor belts.
